Colin Edwards 2002 Motorcycle Racing Suit Safety Features
- The shell is 1.2-1.3 mm cowhide. It is drum-dyed and milled for an even color and a soft feel.
- Removable CE Level 2 armor (EN 1621-1:2012) sits at the shoulders, elbows, knees and hips.
- A removable back protector runs along the spine. It is EN 1621-2 compatible.
- Replaceable TPU knee sliders take the wear when your knee touches the track.

Outer Layer
- The green and white colors follow the Colin Edwards Castrol Honda team look.
- Accordion stretch panels at the lower back and knees help you tuck in.
- Stretch Cordura panels in the sleeves, crotch and calves give you room to move.
- Pre-curved sleeves follow your arms in a riding position.
- Semi auto-lock YKK coil zippers close the front, cuffs and calves.
- A soft neoprene cuff and collar help stop rubbing.
Inner Layer
- A breathable mesh lining lets air move inside the suit.
- One mesh pocket sits inside, on the left side of the chest.
- On the two-piece suit, silver snap buttons close the pants.

Yes. The Colin Edwards suit comes in cowhide by default. You can also choose Monaco or kangaroo leather when you order. Cowhide is thick and tough, so it stands up well to scrapes. Kangaroo leather is lighter and thinner, yet still strong, so many track riders like it. Monaco is another option you can pick from the same menu. Pick the leather in the Leather menu before you add the suit to the cart.
A one-piece suit is a single garment from neck to ankle. It has no gap at the waist, so it is the usual choice for track days. A two-piece suit is a jacket and pants that you can wear apart.
