Chaz Davies Leather Gear Race Replica Suits - Custom Made
This range holds race suits and jackets inspired by Chaz Davies in World Superbike. Every design follows his Ducati years, from 2018 to 2021. The main colors are red, black and white, and some designs add sky blue. It is part of the MotoGP rider leathers
range.
Leather Collection has made leather gear since 2009. Each suit and jacket is hand-stitched to order from 1.2-1.3 mm cowhide. On the suits you can switch to Monaco or kangaroo leather at order. You also pick the speed hump and the perforation. Every piece has a Custom Size option, so it can be cut to your own measurements.
Should I choose a custom size or a standard size? A custom size is cut to your own measurements, so there is less loose leather when you ride. A standard size works if your chest, sleeve and inseam match the Size Guide.
How do I care for the leather? Treat it with a leather conditioner every 6 to 12 months to keep it soft. Store it in a cool, dry place out of direct sun.

Pick the season whose colors you like most. This range covers his Ducati years in World Superbike, from 2018 to 2021. The designs are mostly red, black and white, and some add sky blue. There are suits for 2020 and 2021 and jackets for 2018, 2020 and 2021. Each product page names its year. Look at the photos of each design side by side before you choose.
Each suit is cut from 1.2-1.3 mm cowhide as standard. At order you can switch to Monaco leather or kangaroo leather. Kangaroo leather is thin and light for its strength. Every seam is hand-stitched. You also choose the speed hump and the perforation. Add-ons include a removable lining, a thermal lining and an extra knee slider. Matching boots and gloves can be added to a suit order.
A one-piece suit joins the jacket and pants into one garment. Many riders pick it for track days. A two-piece suit has a separate jacket and pants, joined by a zip. It is easier to put on, and you can wear the jacket on its own. The Chaz Davies suits come in both cuts. You can also order just the jacket or just the pants.
It depends on how often you ride and how you care for it. Wipe the leather with a damp cloth after each ride. Let it dry at room temperature, away from heaters. Treat it with a leather conditioner every 6 to 12 months so it does not crack. Store it on a wide hanger in a cool, dry place. The leather care instructions page has more tips.
Standard sizes follow the ranges in the Size Guide for chest, sleeve and inseam. If your numbers fall outside those ranges, choose Custom Size instead. The suit or jacket is then cut to your own measurements. Measure twice before you order, and wear thin clothes while you measure. For help with sizing, visit the customer service page.
