A TPU knuckle protector covers the back of your hand. TPU is a hard, tough plastic. More TPU sliders sit on the palm, thumb and fingers. They are set on a foam backing, which helps soften a hit. The fingers are sewn in a curved shape, like a hand that holds the bars. That means the leather does not bunch up when you grip the throttle. Your hand can stay relaxed on long rides. Wipe the gloves with a soft, dry cloth after each ride. Let them dry at room temperature, away from heaters and strong sun. Rain, salt and sweat marks come off with a damp cloth. Use a little leather conditioner every few months, then buff. Store them flat in a bag that lets air in, not in plastic. Never put them in a washing machine.
