Womens Leather Peacoats
Double-Breasted Coats Made to Order

This womens pea coat range takes the classic double-breasted shape and makes it in leather. Each coat has a wide collar and is hand-stitched in cowhide or sheepskin, 0.8 to 1.0 mm thick. Wear one over a knit on the weekend, or over a blouse and trousers for work. Every coat is made to order.

Two picks are the Classic Leather Peacoat Ladies in black sheepskin and the Women's Leather Peacoat Bordeaux .

For a warmer color, see the brown leather peacoat for women . The leather belted peacoat adds a belt at the waist.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Choose a standard size if your chest and sleeve match the Size Guide. Choose Custom Size if you fall between sizes or want a different length. With a custom size, the coat is cut to your own chest, waist, sleeve and length. Measure over a thin top, since a pea coat is often worn over a knit. If a number is unclear, the customer service page can help before you order.
Each coat is made from cowhide or sheepskin, about 0.8 to 1.0 mm thick. Cowhide is firm and holds a structured shape. Sheepskin is softer and lighter, so it drapes more. The black and bordeaux coats include sheepskin styles, and the brown and belted coats round out the range. Each coat is hand-stitched and made to order, so the leather is cut only once your order is placed.
Yes. The double-breasted front and wide collar look sharp over a blouse and trousers. The same coat works over a sweater and jeans on the weekend. Black is the easiest color to match. Brown and bordeaux add warmth to a plain outfit. Pick a custom length if you want the coat to end at your hips or a little lower.
There are three choices. A regular lining is the simple option for daily wear. A printed lining lets you upload your own design, such as a pattern or an image. You can also order the coat with no lining for a lighter feel. Add any notes for the maker in the order instructions box. The lining choice is made at order, along with the size.
Wipe off rain or dust with a soft, dry cloth after wear. Condition the leather every 6 to 12 months to keep it soft. Hang the coat on a wide padded hanger in a cool, dry place. Keep it away from heaters and strong sunlight. For stains, use a damp cloth and mild soap, then let it dry slowly. The leather care instructions give step-by-step tips.
