Troy Corser 1996 Motorcycle Racing Suit Safety Features
- Drum-dyed, milled cowhide forms the shell. It is 1.2 to 1.3 mm thick.
- Removable CE Level 2 armor protects the shoulders, elbows, knees and hips. It meets EN 1621-1:2012.
- A removable back protector is EN 1621-2 compatible.
- Replaceable TPU knee sliders sit on the outside of the knees. Swap them when they wear down.

Outer Layer
- The look is inspired by the Troy Corser Ducati of 1996, in grey, red and white.
- Accordion panels at the lower back and knees let the leather flex.
- Cordura panels in the sleeves, crotch and calves give room to move.
- Pre-curved sleeves hold the arms in a tucked race position.
- YKK semi auto-lock coil zippers sit at the front, cuffs and calves.
- Velcro straps at the neck, cuffs and calves stop flapping at speed.
- Velcro pads hold the knee sliders in place.
- Soft neoprene at the cuffs and collar helps stop rubbing.
Inner Layer
- A breathable mesh lining helps air move inside the suit.
- The armor and the back protector can be taken out.
- A mesh chest pocket sits inside on the left.
- Silver snap buttons sit on the pants of the two-piece suit.
