In 2014, Remy Gardner rode his first three Moto3 World Championship races. Two were wild card entries, and one was as a stand-in for an injured rider. He scored one point in Malaysia. In 2015 he rode full time for the Mahindra-powered CIP team, next to Tatsuki Suzuki. His top result that year was 10th place at his home race at Phillip Island. Frequently Asked Questions
His 2021 title came in Moto2 with Red Bull KTM Ajo, on a Kalex machine. A suit for that year would follow the Red Bull KTM Ajo team colors. Each suit in this range is made to order in cowhide, with pre-curved sleeves for a tucked track position. A custom size adjusts the torso, sleeves and waist to your body. Check the Size Guide before you order.
A one-piece suit is made for track riding. It has no gap at the waist, and the pre-curved sleeves help you hold a tucked position. A two-piece suit has a jacket and pants joined by a zip at the waist. It works well for track days and club events. You can also size the two halves apart if your top and bottom sizes differ. Both are hand-stitched from cowhide.
A custom race suit needs three main numbers: chest, sleeve length and inseam. Wear thin, close-fitting clothes while you measure. Use the Size Guide to see where to place the tape for each one. A custom size then adjusts the suit to fit your body for a tucked race position. If you have a question about fit, use the customer service page before you order.
The suits use 1.2 mm cowhide with hand-stitched seams. Cowhide is a strong, thick hide that resists scrapes. The sleeves are pre-curved for a tucked track position. Double stitching at the collar, cuffs, waist and hem adds strength where the suit moves most. Each suit is ready to wear when it arrives. Condition it every few months with a leather balm to keep it soft.
Condition the suit every few months with a leather balm or oil. Rub it in with a soft cloth, working evenly over the leather. After a ride, wipe off dust and bugs with a damp cloth. Let the suit dry at room temperature, away from heat. Store it on a wide, padded hanger in a cool, dry place out of direct sun. The leather care instructions give more tips.
