Replica race suits at Leather Collection are hand-stitched to order. Where a suit has a Custom Size option, you send your own measurements and the suit is cut to them. This helps if you fall between standard sizes or want a close race fit. Read the Made to Measure page to see which measurements to take before you order.
A one-piece suit joins the jacket and pants into one garment. Many riders pick it for track days. A two-piece suit has a separate jacket and pants, joined by a zip. It is easier to put on and take off, and you can wear the jacket on its own. Think about where you ride most, then pick the cut that fits that use.
Wear thin clothes and use a soft tape. Measure your chest, waist and hips. Measure your sleeve with your arm a little bent, as if you hold the bars. Measure your torso from shoulder to waist and your inseam from crotch to ankle. Write each number down and measure twice. Then compare them with the Size Guide.
Wipe the suit with a soft, damp cloth after each ride. Let it dry at room temperature, away from heaters and direct sun. Treat the cowhide with a leather conditioner every 6 to 12 months so it stays soft and does not crack. Store it on a wide hanger in a cool, dry place during the off-season.
