Wipe the leather with a soft, dry cloth after each ride. If it gets wet, let it dry at room heat, away from a heater or direct sun. Hang it on a wide hanger in a cool, dry place. Use a leather conditioner now and then to keep the cowhide soft. The leather care instructions give the full steps, from cleaning to storage over the winter.
