Aprilia Racing Suit One and Two Piece Race Replicas
These race suits are inspired by the leathers Aprilia riders wore from 1987 to 2026. Riders include Loris Reggiani, Max Biaggi, Valentino Rossi, Tetsuya Harada, Marco Simoncelli and Jorge Lorenzo. Most designs follow MotoGP and the older GP classes. Some follow WSBK, and one follows the German IDM series. Red and black are the main colors, with white, fluorescent yellow, blue and purple on some suits.
Each suit is cut from 1.2-1.3 mm cowhide. You can choose cowhide, Monaco or kangaroo leather at order. Then pick the speed hump: none, standard, ventilated or hydro. The perforation can be none, chest, front or full. You can add a removable or thermal lining, or extra knee sliders. Armor pockets sit at the shoulders, elbows, knees and back.
Standard sizes run EU 42 to 60 for men and EU 38 to 50 for women. A custom size cut to your own measurements is offered on every suit. Each piece is made to order after you place it.
Race Suit Types
One-Piece Race Suit - the track setup, with a one-piece body and pre-curved sleeves for a tucked riding position.
Two-Piece Race Suit - a jacket and pants joined by a YKK zip at the waist. You can wear each half on its own for road use.
Jacket or Pants Only - each design can also be ordered as just the jacket or just the pants.
Custom Size Race Suit - chest, waist, sleeve, torso and inseam are cut to your own numbers.

The colors follow the same season, so the full set looks like one design. Each item is made to order and hand-stitched like the suit. Check your hand and foot size before you add them. This way each piece fits as well as the suit does.
Yes. Each design comes as a one-piece suit, a two-piece suit, a jacket only or pants only. The two-piece suit joins at the waist with a zip, so you can wear the jacket on its own on the road. The jacket-only and pants-only choices use the same cowhide, colors and armor pockets as the full suit. A custom size is offered on all four, so each part can be cut to your own numbers.
