Ordering from Leather Collection
We need your Name, Billing Address & Shipping Address, Phone Number, Email Address, to process your order on Leather Collection
Choosing or Removing Items
Shopping cart allows you to select products for purchase. you'll be able to see the shopping cart on the top right corner of every page. to put a product in your cart, click on the "add to cart" button on the product detail page. If you're not completely sure you want to purchase a product, you can still put it in the cart and later delete it before completing your purchase by clicking on the "remove" button next to the product in the shopping cart detail page.
When you are finished shopping, you can complete your purchase by clicking the "Proceed to Checkout" button.
Already Registered / Returning Customer: If you are a returning customer or have already registered an account with Leather Collection, Login to your account to further proceed with Shipping Method, Payment Method, Redeem Discount Code, Comments, Review Your Order and Place Your Order button and your done.
New Customer: For new customers on Leather Collection. Fill all the required fields in the One Page Checkout Name & Address, Create an account for later use, Shipping Method, Payment Method, Redeem Discount Code, Comments, Review Your Order and Place Your Order button and your done.

Redeeming a Promotional Code
Leather Collection offers Promotional & Discount codes, if you have any you can redeem that on Checkout Page.
Leather Collection selling & Ships around the globe. It does not matter in which part of the world are you, you will get the ordered product delivered at your door step.
Sometimes as part of the check-out process, you might asked to verify certain information to ensure that you are the authorized holder of the credit card which is being used to purchase the products from Leather Collection. This procedure is designed to protect you against the fraudulent use of your credit card. If you receive a message indicating that there is a verification error, please carefully recheck the information you have entered to make sure it conforms to the requested information. If you continue to experience a problem, please contact us.
Credit Card Security
Your security is very important to us. Leather Collection uses the latest secure encryption to process all our orders and you can confirm this anytime by clicking on the version icon on the bottom right of our homepage. This will confirm that your order will be secure and that it will be protected against disclosure to third parties.
In the checkout pages you will also have the option of choosing your shipping method (and view the shipping rates for your destination). If your order contains both in-stock and out-of-stock products, we will ship the available products and contact you regarding the items that did not ship.
On the Billing & Shipping information page you will also have the option of setting up additional "ship-to" addresses in case you wish to have your order delivered somewhere other than your home. Once you enter the additional address, you'll be able to simply choose it as your "ship-to" address in the future and speed through the ordering process. Please note: if shipping to a different address your order will be held for verification.
Status of an Order
Leather Collection customers can check their order status by clicking on the my account section on the upper right hand side on every page of website. There you can simply click on order status and find out what's happening with your order. Go to the Order Status page, provide the information and you will be able to see your order status.
Shipping Time Frame
Most orders are Processed, and shipped within 10-15 business days after the order is placed. You will be emailed with a tracking number once your order is shipped. If your order is not shipped complete. You will be notified by our customer service staff and let you know what item was not shipped, You will have the option to either have a back order placed for the item that did not shipped, select a replacement item or size, have a refund issued or store credit applied. The item will be shipped in 3-4 weeks times. Our standard procedure is to ship an order with the items that are available to ship. All out of stock items will be placed on back order, you will be notified of this once your order has been shipped.
We currently only accept credit cards, PayPal & Stripe. You can safely enter your entire credit card number via our secure server (PCI DSS v3.2), which encrypts all submitted information. Furthermore, much like conventional retail establishments, we protect your credit card information and do not provide it to any other organizations.
